They say the days are long and the years are short . . . and they're right. That's what I love the most about photography. It gives us the ability to take a fleeting moment and freeze it in time.
I first picked up a camera when my daughter was born in 2013 and I quickly fell in love with photography. It became my way of telling our story as our family grew and also provided me a creative outlet as a stay-at-home-mom. We had a total of four children from 2013-2018, which left little time for my hobby, but as infants turned to toddlers and then school-aged children, I was able to begin taking professional work. I first began my work as a photographer in Chester County, Pennsylvania in 2018 and worked there until we moved to Maryland in 2022.
With the move came a break in photography as we reestablished routines and grew more familiar with our new home. This fall, my youngest began Kindergarten, leaving me with the time I hadn't had before to start taking clients again. So begins my next chapter. The Eastern Shore provides beautiful scenery and I cannot wait to explore more of it with you!
